Basic Troubelshooting Tips


Most Error Messages:
Unplug terminal and reboot. This will allow the system to refresh all settings.

Terminal not printing receipt: Remove paper and reload. Check to make sure there are no paperjams.

Blank receipt printing: Be sure paper is loaded correctly as thermal receipts will only print on one side. Make sure lid is snapped closed to ensure good contact with print mechanism. Try a new roll of paper.

Pinpad not working: Turn off terminal and make sure device is plugged into the correct port and is in securely. After checking connection, turn on terminal. Terminal should look for and acknowledge pinpad connection.
